Introducción
COMUNICASIBER, la Comunidad de Comunicadores de Iberoamérica, Europa y el Resto del Mundo, se ha permitido entrar, por la puerta ancha y sin cerraduras, similar a decir, sin censuras, optando caminar calzada por las alas del prestigio, valorando el trabajo incansable de quienes crean y multiplican la palabra, por o para aquellos, que se alientan con la duda, mas no con la riposta.
COMUNICASIBER es el hogar para el descanso y la celebracción; la escalera para ascender a una altura, más allá del comentario o la crónica callejera. Es la necesidad imperiosa de reconocer la labor de un apostolado cultural, que marque su posición rectora a nivel social.
COMUNICASIBER será para todos, en verdad, ese vital grifo abierto, que derrame el líquido de la creación artística y periodística, sin desdén o sectarismo de tendencia alguna, con el magnánimo proyecto de no dejar escapar la calidad, por aplaudir el amiguismo, el abuso de influencias, o el facilismo de la vulgaridad.
COMUNICASIBER se ha propuesto ser la base y sustento de un gremio que se apoye, como fichas de dominó, enclavadas entre dos grandes columnas: la necesidad de expresión y la obligatoriedad de la comunicación, con y para el público.
El arte produce arte, y en este proceso, se genera el amor. En esta primera oportunidad, contando con la absoluta sensibilidad del extraordinario artista plástico cubano Rubén Sánchez, se han creado ocho categorías, que serán premiadas, con una obra escultórica única e irrepetible, además de las Menciones de Honor Mándala de la Comunicación 2011, que será un grabado, autenticado por el mismo autor, además de ser firmado por miembros de la Junta Directiva de COMUNICASIBER, para el resto de nominados, que, de por sí, ya son ganadores.
Desde esta primera edición, hemos optado por homenajear el linaje creador y la osadía periodística de los nuevos tiempos, permitiéndonos hacer un análisis retroalimentado, con el laboreo socio-cultural y artístico, durante el 2010, y a partir de ahora, continuarlo cada año, todos los 10 de diciembre, en conmemoración al día, en que celebramos el cierre de nuestra institución anterior, La Gran Familia “Manolo Rodríguez Alemán”, LAGRAFA, cuyo presidente José L. Martel, nos la confió, humildemente, para conducirla y expandirla a un espacio comunicativo más amplio y abarcador, por ello, este prestigioso periodista será quien reciba nuestro primer logotipo, conformado con los populares Mudras de la Victoria y la Libertad de Expresión, que a partir de ahora nos servirán de símbolo distintivo y promotor, dentro de un verdadero y metamorfoseado Mándala de la Comunicación 2011.
COMUNICASIBER se muestra orgullosa e inclina su frente, en señal de aprobación, cuando el pedigrí productor se define, con la calidad y el respeto necesario hacia una comunidad, ávida y necesitada de cultura. Con el fin y el principio de hacer público nuestro reconocimiento, el miércoles 30 de marzo, haremos la entrega de los Premios Mándala de la Comunicación, COMUNICASIBER 2011, en nuestra sede del Centro de Arte Cuba Ocho.
Si usted, como nosotros, cree en la comunicación, como un medio de expresar arte y profesionalidad, además de sentir la necesidad de exponer su sensibilidad, para de esta manera beneficiar la libertad de expresión, sin menospreciar la urgente apropiación de su verdadera condición, como rectora estilística, hasta encauzadora y perfeccionista del buen gusto, entonces acompáñenos y apoye a quienes merecen, hoy por hoy, su aplauso y consideración.

1. PREMIO MANDALA DE LA COMUNICACIÓN 2011, EN PRENSA PLANA
Teniendo en cuenta el gran número de suplementos, periódicos y revistas, que circulan entre los hispanos de los Estados Unidos, al igual que otras ciudades del mundo, hemos valorado aquellos donde se recoja el sentir de la multiplicidad cultural y noticiosa, a la par que reúnan calidad de presentación, calidad artística y proyección social.

2. PREMIO MANDALA DE LA COMUNICACIÓN 2011, PRENSA EN LINEA
En días recientes, se ha puesto de manifiesto, de manera convincente, la importancia social, psicológica y política, que el desarrollo de la Internet está ejerciendo en la vida cotidiana. El gran número de blogs, que prestan sus servicios, en la actualidad, es directamente proporcional a la multiplicidad de temas, que pueden ser motivo de debate. Teniendo en cuenta lo antes mencionado, se ha pretendido hacer una selección de aquellos, que han constituido una base de datos, para debatir temas candentes y de actualidad. Con el propósito de apoyar y reconocer la persistencia y constancia, en los trabajos de quienes colaboran, con la cultura en general, hemos considerado la siguiente propuesta de autores y sitios webs.

El interés periodístico, por establecer una línea de trabajo, que permita mostrar la verosimilitud de las cosas, con todos sus matices, más allá de las críticas detractoras, es la esencia de la inspiración, para investigar y exponer la verdad, utilizando la sublimación máxima de la palabra. La calidad y la proyección social, que implica enseñar e involucrar a los lectores, con una realidad, ajena a su conocimiento a simple vista. El origen de la causa y las consecuencias del efecto son esenciales, en este tipo de labor, que lleva, en sí misma, el riesgo y la entrega. Por su incondicionalidad, profundidad y consecución de la justicia hemos hecho esta selección.

5. PREMIO MANDALA DE LA COMUNICACIÓN 2011, PERIODISMO TELEVISIVO
El lenguaje televisivo tiene un poder transformador dentro de la sociedad donde se desarrolla, entregándole a la humanidad abundantes recursos, para enfrentar el camino de la investigación, deducción y la expresión intensa de su realidad. El lenguaje de la televisión, en la televisión y a través de ella se ha convertido en un paradigma social, capaz de aportar al desarrollo psico-educativo y multi-aspectual de los seres humanos en general. Descubrir y homenajear a aquellas voces, que conservan la destreza, inteligencia y delicadeza, para utilizar el poder del lenguaje comunicacional y televisivo, en beneficio de una sociedad mejor, es un deber ciudadano y la máxima voluntad de COMUNICASIBER. Para estos luchadores diarios, evangelizadores del bien común, devolvemos, con reconocimiento, el profundo agradecimiento a su labor.

6. PREMIO MANDALA DE LA COMUNICACIÓN 2011, PERIODISMO DE OPINION
El periodismo de opinión recorre los sagrados caminos de la verdad. Los tiempos de una prensa fuerte, justa y valorativa vuelven, con pasos resonantes, en el eco de la historia. Cuando periodistas, de talla extra, se enfrentan a la difícil tarea de valorar la realidad, en beneficio de una población, que necesita dilucidar, entre la multiplicidad informativa, la realidad que acontece, el papel a jugar es definitorio. Por la entrega, firmeza de criterios y acertadas intervenciones, premiar el valor y la confianza, en un mundo justiciero, es un acto de respeto social y un estímulo a los instintos solidarios de los diferentes comunicadores.

Sabemos que nos espera un camino difícil y de sacrificios, pero la suerte está del lado de los sueños. Implicarse dentro de una causa política o social, que profundice en la búsqueda de la libertad y la integridad de un pueblo, siendo afín por consaguinidad o por respeto únicamente, es un gesto de humildad. La solidaridad humana es un regalo digno, que emana de las almas nobles y comprometidas. Reconocer y valorar el esfuerzo, emanado de esta tarea colectiva, resulta primordial, para desentrañar la verdadera esencia y camino de la creación humana, por eso, COMUNICASIBER reconoce y sustenta el trabajo realizado por los siguientes grupos socio-culturales, en diversas facetas promocionales.

YO ACUSO AL GOBIERNO CUBANO, Campaña Blog OZT, de alrededor de 53 mil firmas, por un colectivo de blogueros, entre los que se encuentran Joan Antoni Guerrero, Aguaya Berlín, Enrisco, Verónica Cervera, Jorge Salcedo, Alexis Romay, entre otros
«SOMOS EL MUNDO POR HAITI», canción escrita por Emilio y Gloria Estefan, presentado como un sencillo caritativo, que grabó el supergrupo latino Artists for Haiti, integrado por artistas latinos de todo el universo, para contribuir con la campaña de ayuda de recaudación de fondos, por el terremoto de Haití. Es una adaptación al español de la canción «We Are the World«, de 1985, que fuera escrita por los músicos estadounidenses Michael Jackson y Lionel Richie, grabada posteriormente, por USA for Africa, para luchar contra la hambruna, en el continente africano.

MARCHA DE APOYO A LAS DAMAS DE BLANCO Y LOS PRESOS DE CONCIENCIA EN CUBA, por Emilio y Gloria Estefan, junto a todas las instituciones y agrupaciones patrióticas del exilio, con la participación de 100 mil personas

MARCHA POR EL FALSO INTERCAMBIO CULTURAL ENTRE CUBA Y ESTADOS UNIDOS, dentro de los Desconciertos de Silvio Rodríguez y otros artistas procastristas, en Orlando, Nueva York, Miami, y otras ciudades de los Estados Unidos, por diversas agrupaciones patrióticas del exilio, entre las que se encuentran la Casa del Preso, Exilio Unido Ya, la Junta Militar de Cuba, Vigilia Mambisa y Todos somos Resistencia
UN DISCO MUY ESPECIAL, un aporte solidario, con un doble álbum, en el que más de treinta artistas se han unido, para apoyar a los presos de conciencia cubanos, del “Proyecto Varela”, creado por el nominado al Premio Nobel de la Paz, Oswaldo Payá, y en el que participan Gloria Estefan, Alejandro Sanz, Celia Cruz, Willy Chirino, Albita Rodríguez, Nacho Cano, Olga Guillot y Jon Secada, entre otros.
Conclusiones
Con la primera edición de los Premios MANDALA DE LA COMUNICACIÓN 2011, de COMUNICASIBER, queda abierta la brecha anual, para valorar y enfatizar la necesaria calidad artística de sus numerosos exponentes, con un especial reconocimiento al compromiso social. Los artistas existimos, en función del pueblo, somos los juglares modernos, hacedores de historias. Nuestro acierto comunicativo debe ser primordial, para influenciar a los pueblos, política, humana, social y educativamente.
Con este primer compromiso también dejamos sobre la mesa la hoja en blanco, que nos permita registrar a todos los interesados en colaborar entre sí, para ampliar la interrelación y el conocimiento, entre los artistas y organizaciones, además de cooperar y confraternizar para divulgar el arte entre nosotros, hacía nosotros y por nosotros. Talentos hay muchos, que se entregan a la difícil meta de triunfar. Para ciudades, con infraestructura y valores intrínsecos, no es difícil acostumbrar a la población a recibir el arte, como su retroalimentación valorativa, pero pretender incentivar y hacer llegar este acervo a todos lados, resulta una labor encomiable, que COMUNICASIBER se propone llevar a cabo anualmente, a partir de cada creación particular de sus miembros y de las instituciones afines, que se afilien sistemáticamente a nosotros, en general.
COMUNICASIBER ha surgido para eso, como la vía idónea de reconocer y prestigiar la recuperación y propagación del arte, como centro de desarrollo de ideas, rigiendo opiniones y desarrollando el buen gusto. El arte es entretenimiento, en la misma medida que se desenvuelve como patrón educativo de las grandes multitudes, siendo un medio hipnótico representativo, que enseña y engrandece el modo de pensar, sustentado por los finos hilos de la calidad y la elegancia.

Querido amigo, una vez más gracias por tu consideración hacia mi persona con esta nueva nominación.
Creo que en esta ocasión está más claro para los votantes que en la anterior ocasión con el tema del enlace, solo quiero que me indiques si para validar el voto es preciso comentar o no lo es, ya que en la otra votación hay muchos que han votado y no han dejado comentario.
