La ciudad juega al beisbol, hasta en revocatorios,
Oteando la política, cual fan en tanda diurna,
Subido por las gradas, para ganar las urnas:
Resumen de otro juego, que desató el emporio,
Obstinado de un mal, que a décadas se turna,
Sumando delanteros hacia el gran promontorio,
Tirado por el pitcher de un “juego de abalorios”:
Ritual de bate antiguo, que en jonrón se embadurna,
Obligando a que nueve estrellas sobre un ruedo,
Se transformen en once rostros que ya compiten,
Dirigiendo el balón de electores, que admiten,
Es la bola caliente, pateada cual torpedo,
Lanzado al interior de un pueblo, que derrite
Al mayor del condado, cual si fuera un remedo,
Péndulo de Foucault, cambiado por el miedo
Odioso de oscilar, sin que nadie le quite
Las mañas de aumentar el ritmo a los impuestos,
Igual que dar revancha al costo de sus puestos,
Tomando lo que no hay, si alguno se relaja:
Incrédulos que piensan ganar con las rebajas,
Cuando el final les llega, sin inning de ventaja,
Atados a sus guantes, perdidos, indispuestos.

Rancho Luna, de Miami, a partir del 20 de mayo,
desde las 7 pm, y hasta las 12 am, en el Festival
“La Ruta del Sabor Hispano”, en donde podrás
apreciar y compartir un concurso de platos y recetas
en vivo, degustación de vinos, además de la
preparación coctelles extravagantes y famosos
(especiales happy hours, entre las 6 y las 8 pm),
presentaciones de memorias, crónicas sobre el sitio;
y el que conserve la o traiga la o las fotos más
antiguas del Restaurant Rancho Luna, así como
bautizos de libros, lanzamiento de prensa local
y videos, trovadores, cantantes y bandas musicales,
concursos de karaokes, DJ, poemas, pinturas,
caricaturas, fotografías, alegóricas al restaurant,
expo-ventas, debates e historias, testimonios sobre
Cuba, así como los restaurantes y espectáculos más
famosos de la isla y la ciudad de Miami.
Los interesados en participar, dentro de los
concursos, podrán inscribirse y hacernos llegar la
explicación de sus propuestas, escritas o en video,
desde el 16 de mayo, hasta el 19 de mayo, a las 12
de la noche (hora de Miami), a los correos electrónicos
rancherosdeluna@gmail.com y comunicasiber@gmail.com,
respectivamente, o llamar al 786-991-7195.
Esta jornada cultural de variedades, del Restaurant
Rancho Luna, será conducida por los periodistas
Amelia Doval y Josan Caballero, directivos de la
Comunidad de Comunicadores de Iberoamérica
(COMUNICASIBER), junto al DJ Liván Prado Villalba,
con atractivas rifas, subastas, regalos sorpresas y tesoros
escondidos, que te harán disfrutar placenteramente
de una atractiva noche, entre la luna y la pasión.
El espectáculo contará con el guión y la dirección
de José Antonio Gutiérrez Caballero.
